Prolepsis participated at a press conference organized by “Stavros Niarchos” Foundation
The pilot Program on Food Aid for students of public elementary and secondary schools, implemented by Prolepsis and financed by “Stavros Niarchos” Foundation, was presented during a press conference organized by the Foundation, on Wednesday, May 23, 2012.
Specifically, “Stavros Niarchos” Foundation organized a press conference regarding the Foundation’s new donations and especially the third phase of the donations aiming to alleviate the effects of the crisis in Greece. During the event, 10 relevant programs were presented, including the Program on Food Aid. Representatives of all NGOs, which have received funding from the Foundation during the third phase of its donations, and a large number of journalists, attended the press conference.
The Honorary President of the Institute, Prof. Linos, presented the Program of Food Aid and stressed the importance of the Foundation’s donation and invaluable contribution to this work that supports children during the crisis.
