Depending on the study type and following the international directives (s. Consort, Strobe, etc.), the sample selection is carefully designed so as to ensure representativeness and adequate study power, potential randomization and cohort selection take place, optimal follow up period is specified and all conditions to avoid bias are tested. Furthermore, all required ethics and personal data protection and management issues are dealt with.

Prolepsis Institute’s scientific team reviews the available literature and selects or develops the necessary measurement tools. Moreover, the team is responsible for developing and weighting the questionnaires, in order to ensure research validity and reliability.
